Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product key or software download is issued, all sales are final.

The product key provided is invalid or not working, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
You were charged multiple times for the same product (accidental duplicate purchases).
Refunds will not be issued for:

6. Chargebacks
